Nosara Yoga Institute is a licensed school in Costa Rica. Nosara Yoga®, Nosara Yoga Institute® and other marks indicated on our site are copyrighted trademarks owned exclusively by Nosara Yoga Institute, all rights reserved. This website represents the official Nosara Yoga Institute®, home of Nosara Yoga Teacher Training. The use of these trademarks and trade dress is prohibited in connection with the sale of any product or in any manner that may cause confusion among our customers.

Credentials

Our curriculum is internationally recognized through our membership with the Yoga Alliance as follows:

 

We are a 200-Hour registered yoga school. Upon graduation from the 200-Hour Nosara Yoga Teacher Training, graduates are certified by Nosara Yoga Institute to teach yoga internationally and to register with the Yoga Alliance as an RYT 200.

 

We are a 300-Hour registered school. Upon graduation from the Advanced 300-Hour Nosara Yoga Teacher Training, graduates are certified by Nosara Yoga Institute to teach yoga internationally and to register with the Yoga Alliance as an RYT 500. (Prerequisite: 200-hour certification from any Yoga Alliance approved school)

 

We are a 500-Hour registered school. Upon graduation from the Integrated 500-Hour Nosara Yoga Teacher Training, graduates are certified by Nosara Yoga Institute to teach yoga internationally and to register with the Yoga Alliance as an RYT 500.

 

We are a Children's Yoga registered school. Upon graduation from the 100-Hour Kids-to-Teens Yoga Teacher Training, graduates are certified by Nosara Yoga Institute to teach children's yoga internationally and to register with the Yoga Alliance as a CYT.

 

We are a 1000-Hour yoga school. Upon graduation from the 1000-Hour Nosara Yoga Institute Master Certification, graduates are certified by Nosara Yoga Institute to teach yoga internationally with the 1000-Hour NYT designation.

 

Nosara Yoga Institute is a founding member school of the International Association of Yoga Therapists. Graduates from the Nosara Yoga Institute 200-Hour, 300-Hour, and 500-Hour Yoga Teacher Trainings are eligible to apply for membership in the IAYT.
